After receiving your order request, you will get an itemized invoice and payment request within 2 days via Paypal. Please provide your Paypal relevant email (or regular email address if you don’t use Paypal) with your order request. We accept all major credit cards through Paypal and we also have our own SSL security lock for processing payments. You may also request alternative payment options such as personal check or money order. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders are processed and shipped once payment is received.

Toys are shipped in recycled cardboard tubes via USPS Priority Mail All packages are insured for their full value. Average markup for shipping and handling 10%.
TERMS OF WARRANTY
CatTamboo® pet toys are an all-natural product. The toys will break if over stressed, so consumers are required to use a level of good judgment when using this product. We recommend that retailers have a no return policy on this pet product. Most breaks can be easily repaired, so a better policy is to sell customers the repair tubing and refer them to our product’s website for help.
